Finally, I'm home!

I've been living here in San Diego since October 2008, but it hasn't REALLY felt like home. I've been living out of boxes... at least it feels that way. All of my 600+ books have been boxed up in our second living space, I've been digging through them every time I want to read.

Welp, I finally bought a second bookcase to organize my books. I spent all morning organizing my books in the living room:

And TADA!!!!

I'm HOME!

Wow!! tHAT'S awesome you have that many books. I could see it though. I have a collection, but probably not even a quarter of what you have. Keep up the good work. I'm glad that you feel like you're living at home now. It's a wonderful feeling, isn't it?

Books, oh my do I know about books! I wouldn't want to even think about counting them. Just never can get enough book shelves either! I practically lived at the library when I was a kid. lol Books are such wonderful things. My teen son is quite the established bookaholic also. When he was about 9 months old I realized he was way more interested in books than he was in toys. Very bright kid for it I say!

Hi Heather-
Thank you so much for your comment about my sunset box on Thuursdaysweettreats.blogspot.com

I don't sell the little things I make for Natasha's site--but I sure would like them to go to someone who would enjoy them. I would be honored if you would allow me to give you this box.

Please email me at l v mud at a o l dot com (obviously, string that all together-just don't want the spam spiders to find an email address) with your address and I'll pop it in the mail.

Thanks for making my day.

Best,
Lorrie

That looks awesome Heather!! That is how Dad and I feel and this weekend we will be tackling the garage. We want to get it all set up to at least fit one car in there and arrange the exercise equipment. Hope we tackle that... We also have the movie P.S. I Love You to watch. A friend let me borrow it. I have been wanting to watch it for a while. Love you Heather!! Mom
